Wrapped
at home or up behind
the office desk made you feel relatively
secure about your figure. There’s no summer exposure so as a result you
had no
desire to improve your image aesthetically either with a beach body
workout or
Diet.
However, now the summer months are creeping closer every day. We can both embrace this and work to get a beach body for those vacations, beach trips, outdoor fun etc. or instead we can stay wrapped up and self-conscious for the sweltering heat of the summer, which doesn’t sound like fun!
In some instances, you may even choose to avoid the situations associated with summer even though you really would love to race into water like David Hasselhoff in Baywatch or ride a bike up the promenade and feel the refreshing breeze across your body. These are of course are all natural needs and wants that we should all be able to enjoy.
However, for many people, the low self esteem they feel with body it can be a difficult task to reveal their bodies to the public. The thing for it is to actually lose the fat and get in shape.
To
be
honest, getting a body to be proud of doesn’t have to be difficult. All
that it
really takes is consistence and patience with a decent diet and most
importantly exercise. Most people shudder at the thought of doing
either but
really it doesn’t have to be so difficult.
The
main
thing is to just eat less of what you are currently eating and exercise
every
day bar one day. If do something as simple as run every day for a half
hour and
eat less I would nearly guarantee that you will lose weight. Simple as
that!
The
hardest
part really –if you were someone with a poor lifestyle- is to get over
the
first 2 weeks of living healthy. This is what I like to call “the new
habits
phase” where old habits are given the boot and new habit which are
beneficial to
you are brought in.
So… what’s stopping you from getting beach body abs?
Is
it you fear of beach body exercises?
If you find you’re fat burning workout plan too difficult or you’re too sore or tired after it then it you’re doing the wrong exercise. Your total gym workout routine should be no more than 1 hour and of an intensity that you find manageable. That means that you should be enthusiast about doing them.
Is it the repetitive and un-stimulating diet to lose belly fat?
The food you eat whether good or bad affects your mood. Ever eat a fast food and not feel like eating for a long time after? Well that’s partially due to the high fat content within these foods which can give you satisfaction after it.
However, if we implement the same principal except changing the bad saturated fat with good polyunsaturated fat we can have the same meal satisfaction after lunch, dinner and supper.
Or is it the alcohol free and in bed by 10 lifestyle?
You can maintain a decent party lifestyle and be one the way to a better Beach body at the same time. However, you must be smart about it.
Take for example, on a night you chose to have a good few drinks to let your hair down a little. Your drink of choice is beer. 556mls pints of beer. If you end up drinking 6 pints that night that will come to a sum total of 1320 Calories approximately. Hardly doing you any good!
If, instead, you ended up having 6 Southern Comforts & Diet Lemonades at 175mls you would have saved yourself 1032 calories being consumed!
So, you should always think before drink.
