If you type in the words "Fat Loss Exercise" or something related to it into any Search Engine such as Google I've no doubt you'll be greeted with literally hundreds of Workouts and Exercises orientated around losing fat.
Some of these workouts may be good but I guarantee you that there is 10
times that number that is just not as effective as they could be!You shouldn't really be looking for just one workout as it's probably not going to be the answer to losing belly fat. What you should be looking for is a weekly routine that lays out exactly the kind of workouts you should be doing 4-5 times per week.
If you are following a workout that you have seen and only do it once and a while then you are not going to see and dramatic fat loss in a short space of time.
Best Workout to Burn Belly Fat
I have always believed that the Best Workout for losing Belly Fat is circuit training with your own bodyweight, dumbbells and barbells. The reason behind this is that if there are some many muscles of the body moving at the one time you are guaranteed to burn a serious amount of calories in a small duration of time.
Take for example Down-and-Up's which just one of the many excellent exercises are incorporated in Circuit training workouts. These exercises recruit so many of the muscles of the body when being performed for just one reputation.
What you do is standing upright then lowers yourself quickly into the push up position then explodes back up into the air by getting back up. They may sound easy but do them 10 times as a part of a circuit and you'll realize how demanding they are.
A typical circuit to burn belly fat lasts roughly 35 minutes so it’s short and concise so that you don't have to be spending ages in the gym.
They
are comprised of around 6-8 exercises that are completed without a
rest. After doing all the exercises you then take a 90 second rest before doing the circuit right through again.
Typically, a belly fat burning circuit is done 5-8 times depending on your level of fitness. As a rule of thumb just do the circuit as many times as it takes to get to the 35 minute mark.
If you can get 5 done in 35 minutes great! Try and beat this by going at a higher intensity and fill in another one to make it 6 in 35 minutes.
