Diet Tips to Burn Belly Fat
For most people there are not many changes that have to be made to their Diet to change it from one that piles on Fat to on that burns belly fat. Here are some of the eating habits you have to change today;Cut out White Foods
White foods include White bread, white flour, white rice and white sugar. White bread is a fast acting carbohydrate that give your body an instant shot of energy (from glucose) followed sudden slump in energy. Too much glucose produced by sugar is changed to fatty acids which then can be stored as fat tissue.
With this in mind you none of these foods should be in your diet to lose belly fat if you are serious about making positive changes to your body.
The only real carbohydrate based food you should be consuming is whole meal pita-breads, brown rice, rivita and the muesli or oats you eat in the morning. The rest of your diet should be made up of lean protein sources, healthy fats and green vegetables.
Keep an Eye on what's coming from that Cow!
Dairy based foods are another reason why people keep piling on ugly belly fat. Foods such as ice-cream is an obvious dairy food to avoid however foods such as milk, butter and cheese may not seem so concerning when in actually fact they are.
In an average glass of normal, full-fat milk which is usually 250mls
there is roughly 15 grams of fat. Now consider if you have 250mls of milk with your breakfast cereal in the morning, another 250mls from a glass of milk during the day and another 250mls from things like coffee and tea and cooking that come to a sum total of a staggering 45grams of fat.
Put this in perspective, if you’re on a Diet to lose belly fat you should be eating not more than 30 grams of fat per day. So milk right here has totally blown the bank on calories. The same applies for full-fat butter and cheese. The grams really do add up.
For this reason, you must replace full fat milk with zero fat skimmed milk and as for butter and cheese you shouldn't be eating them at all as there is no great fat free alternative!
