Personally, I believe the Best Exercise to Eliminate Belly Fat is the one which you will gladly do on a regular basis.
The reason I say this is because of a story I was told by one of my
female friends who was sick and tired of having a layer of ugly belly
fat when she went away on vacation during the summer to the Greek
islands where all the women had perfectly toned bodies. Not knowing much about Losing Belly Fat she went to see a personal trainer during the few months of spring so that she would be all set for the summer months less her belly fat that she disliked.
Her trainer set out for her a Belly Fat Loss Diet which she was happy with and a training routine which she was not so happy with.
The Belly Fat Workout Routine
The training routine meant that she had to do rowing 3 days a week and a whole body weight lifting routine 2 days a week on top of that.
From taking a look at
the program myself I saw that there was nothing
wrong with it whatsoever.In fact, it was perfect for losing belly fat however, my friend, after a few weeks of doing the program wasn't so happy.
As a mother of two she found it extremely demanding to try and find time to fit in five 45 minute gym sessions every week on top of a part time job and with all the demands that comes with raising kids.
As a result, she became frustrated and packed in the whole Exercise to reduce belly fat regime.
She couldn't cope with 5 gym sessions on top of everything she had to do for the day which in my opinion is perfectly understandable.
Anyway, like many people she hated the gym anyway. Thought it was claustrophobic and boring!
After a week of doing nothing she decided to replace all the gym sessions with a high intensity power walk every day.
This was ideal as she had a window of an hour from when she finished work to when she collected her kids from school. She persevered and made a habit of doing it and reduced the belly fat that she hated having.

The point of this story is that the Best Exercise to reduce belly fat is the one you will actually do day-by-day and not the one which you will just do for a few weeks and then start missing sessions and so on.If you don't like doing a certain type of exercise acknowledge this straight away and opt for something you will like doing.
If you like swimming then swim, if you like running then run but just done do something you don't like because you're bound not to stick with it and then acquire an overall detest of exercising and losing belly fat.
