Fat Loss by
Drinking water
This Easy Fat Loss
Tip has to be one of the most disregarded aspects of Fat Loss Dieting!
Fat Loss by Drinking water is commonly the most disregarded
aspect of
peoples fat loss routines.

I
believe this is so because so few people recognise just how drinking
more water can accelerate the Fat loss process. Instead people see
the burden of having to go to the toilet very frequently!
However,
I assure that after a few days of drinking a healthy amount of water
this
occurrence will cease and you will then begin to see and experience the
benefits of water.
Apart from 80% of your body being composed of water, water has an
extensive range of functions essential to life.
- Assists
digestion, absorption and assimilation of food so you can recieve the
full benefit of nutrients in the food
you eat
-
Assists excretion
of waste from bowel and kidneys which can prevent
constipation
-
Regulates body
temperature by evaporating liquid through the skin
Why should
you drink water for weight loss?
Water
is a potent appetite suppressant due to your brains inability to
differentiate between hunger and thirst. So, when you think you are
feeling hungry, your body may in fact be signalling to you that you are
thirsty!

If you are not consuming enough water each day and you feel
hunger pains, chances are, your body really is crying out for water.
One of the exciting fat loss tricks is that if you were a
person who drank very little/no water
it’s likely that your body was holding onto water to perform bodily
functions. However, when you start drinking ample amounts of water your
body says,
“Hey!
I don’t
need this water I was holding any more cause I'm getting
plenty of water every day!”
Result lose inches off your hips, mid-riff, thighs, calves etc.!
How much water
should I consume each day?
2-3
Litres per day consistently throughout the day. More if
your fat loss workout routines are
intense.
A great way to ensure that you are getting enough water is
to fill 2-3 (or more) empty litre sized bottles of water at the start
of the day. This way you can aim to drink one before lunch, dinner and
supper.
[
Note: The
best time to drink water is first time in the morning as your body
loses water when sleeping]
If
you find drinking this quantity of water quite mundane try adding in
some low calorie and sugar dilute or even consider some herbal tea!
