Everyone's a variation on the Different Body Shapes, So whether you're an Apple or a Pear Shape Body you can always have a Beautiful Body Shape!

The Ideal Body Shape according to the general public is only an opinion shared by a person or a group of people which implies that in this world with so many Different body shapes there is no ideal one. Consequently, you should not get hung up about you Shape as you can always work toward a beautiful Body!

For Example, many women desire a slim, curvaceous, Hourglass Body Shape similar to that of actor Scarlet Johansson. 

Some strive even to achieve this by hitting the gym with exercise to burn fat and also disciplining themselves to the right Diets which brings them closer to the –lets be frank!- uniquely beautiful body shape of their beloved actor. 

While their efforts maybe bringing them closer to this hourglass figure they may well never acquire it as a result of their genetically predisposed apple or pear Body Shape.

It is for this reason that you should always try to strive to be the best your Body Shape can be as oppose to trying to look like some else. This is essential, as unrealistic goals can jeopardise health and happiness diminishing your quality of life. 

Something which is simply not worth sacrificing!

               
There does, however, lay preferences of what might be consider the “Ideal Body Shape” amongst men and women. Generally, a smaller waist has be consistently favoured thought-out the past.

For women, in particular, A low waist-hip ratio has often been seen as a sign of good health and reproductive potential. Human beings and their cultures have primarily concentrated on the female body as a source of aesthetic sexual attraction, fertility and reproductive appeal.


Ideal Body Shape For men, a small waist has also been favoured but not to the extent of their female counterparts. Instead an upside-down coat-hanger, with broad shoulders and a solid chest and a smaller lower body. 

For men, having a good chest-to-waist ratio means that they are a lesser health risk than those who’s chest-to-waist ratio is greater. To establish this, you will require the circumference reading of your chest and waist in inches. To calculate the chest-to-waist ratio use the equation;

An ideal number to aim for would be 10.

  • Stop Weighting in every day/week! These procedure is a self fulfilling method of frustration. Even if you follow your Diet and Exercise regiment your weight will still fluctuate so don’t get hung up on numbers.   


  • Realize that you cannot change your body type.  Learn to love and respect your body and to work with what you have.

 

  • Give up fat loss diet pills! Most are appetite suppressants and raise your body temperature so that your body burns more calories regulating your temperature. 
This in turn gives you a negative uptight and jittery feeling. Results aren't even great with only Up to 10 % more body fat burnt which I’m sure is a generous claim!

Instead try 2-3 cups of Black Coffee and 3 litres of water per day. This achieves far more than fat burners do in my experience. Fat loss by drinking water and coffee also saves hundreds of dollars a month!

  • Be conscious of the company you keep. Surround yourself with people who have a healthy relationship with food, weight, and their bodies. It will rub off on you!


  • Be realistic with your belly fat loss goals. Aspiring to have a similar body to that of a cover model in the space of a few months will only lead to disappointment. Instead, aim to lose a realistic amount of Fat in those few months and be proud of yourself when you do.
