It seems like a fairly bold statement to make considering there are so many people on the internet promoting their products to be the “Best way to lose fat!” However, I know first-hand, a low fat high protein diet is the best way to lose fat in the shortest period of time.
This isn’t just something I read in a magazine or overheard someone saying I actually know this for a fact.
I’ve watch my people I've known drop 4-6 lbs consistently for weeks on this diet to lose fat so believe me it works and can also work for you!
Another reason why you can probably trust me on this is that I’m not trying to sell anything.
All the guidelines for the low fat high protein diet are listed below. All you have to do is conjure up the motivation and discipline to make the Diet work for you!
Unfortunately, there is a price to pay for this type of significant fat loss. You might find yourself fatigued during the day with the lack of Carbohydrate intake. Usually, this results in mood swings and an overall lack of enthusiasm for dieting (what’s new!).
For the brief uncomfort, I still would advocate this Diet as oppose to any other type of format because of the tremendous results that can be achieved in such a short time span.
Typical low fat high protein diet plan
[NOTE: Everyone is different, therefore it’s impossible to determine what calories you will require without your weight, height, age, gender and level of daily activity.
8am Breakfast
250mls 100% Orange juice (e.g. Tropicana)
40 grams of either Oatmeal \ Muesli \ Weetabix
[Recommended: Cereals made with all Whole Grains little or no added sugars]
200mls of low fat milk
40 grams of either Oatmeal \ Muesli \ Weetabix
[Recommended: Cereals made with all Whole Grains little or no added sugars]
200mls of low fat milk
12pm Lunch
Large Grilled Chicken Breast
Large Handful of Green Veg. (e.g. Broccoli, Cauliflower, Green Beans, Mange tout)
10mls of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Large Handful of Green Veg. (e.g. Broccoli, Cauliflower, Green Beans, Mange tout)
10mls of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Snack
(Chose a small handful sized portion of 2 of the following)
Peach\ Apple\ watermelon\ orange\ apricot\ strawberries\ pear

6pm Dinner
(same as Lunch)
9pm Supper
Egg Whites (no yolks) & some LF cottage cheese
Tips on your low fat high protein diet
- Use a low calorie spray when grilling your meat
- Drink 2-3 liters of water per day
- Choose extra-lean meat and skinless chicken breasts and remove all visible fat from meat
