Male Belly Fat is a very common occurrence among men and can usually happen at any stage of a man’s life. The usual trend for when men start to put on belly fat is when their lifestyles become too packed which as a result tends to squeeze any recreational time (be it gym routines or otherwise) out of their daily schedule.



This of course is not something that should be shamed as peoples lives in this day and age have become extremely hectic which leads to priorities such as family and friends and the job taking precedence over things like losing belly fat.

For example, everybody should be able to do some kind of fat burning exercises for a half hour every day.

3 Day per Week Whole Body Toning
  • Basic Routine - Workout to be completed 3 times per week. Duration 35mins.
  • Rest & Recovery - Take a day rest from the full body workout plan i.e complete it monday, Wednesday and Friday, NOT Monday, Tuesday, Thursday. 
  • Intensity - Carry-out the exercises fast while focusing on good form.

Points to Note


  • Change program after 8-10 weeks to ensure the muscles of the body continue to grow and do not become stagnant from the same old workout routine.
  • Take 2min rest after completing the workout right through with no rests.
  • Do the workout for as many times as it takes to fill 35mins




Unenthusiastic?!


Enthusiasm with working out and Dieting can drop off at any time. Usually, it starts by missing a workout or two and having a few take-aways here and there until finally you’ve become complete disinterested.

Personally, I’ve always had a lot more vigor for working out if I’m training for a certain sport or event as I think It directly complements what you are training for, be a triathlon, a bodybuilding show, boxing match or whatever.

Why not train for a certain event like a triathlon or a bodybuilding contest or something that would excite you! It's all about getting into a habit of eating, training and living well... this would be a tremendous help.
