The main culprit though is food such as pizzas, fries, biscuits, cakes and so on which contain high levels of saturated fat and simple sugars which will simply pill ugly belly fat onto your body. These meals need to be eliminates and replace with a meal contain a lean protein source, green vegetables and a small portion of a low G.I. carbohydrate source such as a whole meal pitta bread or brown rice.
