Woman Abs

It's much more difficult for a woman to attain Ripped Abs than it is for a man. A few bodily functions put women at a clear disadvantage. 

Woman Abs -- From low testosterone which effects ab muscles growing and a monthly menopause which results in belly fat on women it's hard but not impossible for women to attain Ripped Abs and a great Beach Body!

To begin with, a woman’s testosterone production -which is responsible buildingWoman abs muscle- is far lower than that of that of a man. Although testosterone is usually thought of as a male hormone, women also need it in small doses to help maintain muscle and bone strength.

Women manufacture about one-seventh the amount of testosterone each day that men do. After menopause or ovary removal, however, testosterone production drops much further.

Also, a monthly menopause results in belly fat on women being stored, often around the midriff which can put a veil over developed ab muscles. Women require more body fat than men to perform their female bodily functions.

While saying this, I still believe and know for a fact that women can acquire Ripped Abs naturally and healthy!

To do this a combine approach of Cardio (to burn Body fat), abdominal muscle exercise and an individualized Diet should be taken.


Many Woman struggle with trying to both gain muscle mass and shed body fat at the same time. This is primarily down to the persons inability to establish a Diet that has optimum amount of Carbs, Protein and Fats to both build muscle and shed fat. Get a really good diet personalize to suit your height, age, weight, gender, level of daily activity. This will ensure you get the beach Body you desire!
